The customer service personnel will promptly provide the transportation information to the customer and their consignee, and the company will immediately send personnel to the local area to handle the receipt of the goods. Finally, the goods were safely delivered to the consignee.
Afterwards, the head of the logistics company said that he was very glad to use the logistics tracking system supported by IoT Modem. This system can not only detect transportation anomalies in a timely manner, but also find the goods and handle them in a timely manner when the driver cannot be contacted.
